[SOLVED] Keyboard Problem

Hello MPGH ,

Just bought new keyboard and i went to test it on MW2 , and i already have a problem , the keyboard doesnt support or it just don't work two button pressing at the same time , for example in MW2 i run with "W" and sprint with "LeftShift" but my keyboard doesnt let me press LefShift until i release the W so basically i cant use two buttons at the same time.

Is there any plugin or something to download for the keyboard so i can use two buttons at the same time ? The keyboard is ADVENT but i dont know the actual number , just ADVENT . Thanks for any help

What keyboard are you using? If it's Microsoft branded, make sure you install Microsoft IntelliType Pro. Also, try checking in Microsoft Update in the optional/hardware section. There might be a new driver for your keyboard.

Sorry for the late response i couldn't get onto MPGH last couple of days , Yes I did search for drivers on google and automatic drivers im not so noob -_- , and the keyboard is called ADVENT , i managed to change some settings so i can click 2 buttons like W and A to run in that direction but now the Shift doesn't work , so I cant sprint and the Shift works when i type but not in games

OK, Advent seems to have a long history of bad keyboards. I googled it and there are so many threads complaining about it so maybe you need to get a new one?

will probably do that :P can anyone tell me a good and not too expensive gaming keyboard ? you can give me couple of names because im not too good into keyboard.

razer tarantula is very nice never got problems with it

also g11-g19 is very nice too

I own a razer also and I'll have to say it's very sexy for 70 bucks.

thanks for advice , i never heard about Razer , just checked online and seems to look nice , i found Razer Arctosa and its cheap , do you recommend it ? should i buy it ?

I think the only way this is really solved is if you go buy a new keyboard, so in that case.
