Help making a "hack" for Madden Mobile

I need help for an automation/hack/client sort of thing(Madden NFL Mobile). I want the bot to scour the marketplace every 5 minutes when the newest batch of players comes out. It needs to look for players with x rating for under x price and be the first one to buy them. Also, I do not want someone to make this for me. I want help making this myself, whether it be a basic tip or help on Skype. I'm mainly looking for tips as in: "get the apk first", "try selenium or sikuli", "learn c++ ", etc. I have basic programming knowledge and plenty of time.
Also Madden Mobile doesn't work on BlueStacks for me.

you should learn JAVA if you want to make programs on android and i dont know what language for IOS

binary or just know how to spell ios is really easy. If u get the files its stuff like coin amount-1233 and u change it to coin amount-9999999
