I want to know how to make/compile a c++ script which i can inject into gmod

since garry anticheet has been detected as a virus you have to make sure an antivirus doesn't detect your cheat when you inject a .cpp file into gmod by making your dll 61 bytes

That wasn't what i was asking, I was wondering how i actually code and export it as a dll.. I have visual studio but i was wondering if i need anything else or a different program
