Surveillance service?

Would any one ever been interested in a surveillance service? Basically we would join up on skype and I would offer player location/movement and their load out (if it is worth going after them or not) or finding vehicles.

Prices would be nominal for the services offered. I've thought of this before and never felt there would be interest but I actually have been contacted several times asking for just such a service.

Would this be something anyone would use?

I think some people would like to try it out. I do not think it would become something big tho.

Its new, I guess.
