Hey i did that it didnt work. I right clicked it. it doesnt tell me a option to maximize only to minimize.

im using vista x64 bit monitor resolution 1368x768

There is always a maximize option.
I am positive.

I got the window to work, however it sometimes flashes.

What do you think this might be?

It could be your refresh rate or you perhaps when your FPS goes at a lower rate, it blinks; somewhat to when some people Frap.

I Think this could use some work on.

MAN nice! but i can't see anything with window mode on! :P the people are so little and it makes it harder for me to see them fast enough to kill''em! BUT styllz, NICE JOB!

When you start it off, please press CTRL + SHIFT + ESC. From there, right click on the tasks and press maximize. I want you to then click on the top of the corner of the window, where the name of Combat Arms appear and then hold it and move it to the middle. That is how I got it to work.
