It has nothing to do with your framework, its a coding error. You have added to much or changed something you weren't suppose to. Post a picture of the behavior you added? and then removed?

Trust me, it has nothing to do with framework. I would suggest trying to reconfigure/removing and reinstalling MySQL and see if that fixes anything. But honestly, it looks like you messed up an item or map.... But I could be wrong.
Already tried to reinstall MySQL :c
Btw, the behavior i added was a copy of the gsphinx with another skin.
I have this error too : MSB3247 - Found conflicts between different versions of the same dependent assembly

Its conflicting behaviors with your grand sphinx, and the new one.

It does the same error without modifying anything, just rebuilding with a clean source. :c

Just start over w/ a fresh source
You obviously can't find what you changed or added and then removed.

What source are you using?
I also had this error some time ago.
This helped for me:
1. Delete the references with an exclamation mark and readd them. (Only if you have some)
2. Set the target framework for all applications in the project to .Net 4.0 or 4.5
