So guys I want to ask is there anyway to get knife, I mean to only I see it something like MKLOL in league of legend u have skins but only u see them the others dont ?
Not possible since knives/skins are server-sided. You would have to bypass that.
There is a way but its bannable.
You could modify the files, but once you get banned, you'll be banned from steam servers.
