how can i use the weapon mods unlocker for unlock only modifications of ak47/car4?

When i start the game the console says the "hooking" failed. Can anyone help me? I did all the steps correct or i'm just stupid

Wrong. There are working hacks! Keep your eyes open, I'm playing since the weekend with them. Also mods are working, against what other people said. Just THIS and any other hack with a thread older than a week is not working due to crimefest.

For the Debug Console it says hooking failed? does this affect the hack? the hack doesnt work so i assume that that has something to do with it
