Annoying mouse problems

I have been trying to find the solution to this problem for a while but haven't came across anything or i just don't know how to really word it correctly into google lol, so ill just tell you basically what is happening

When i scroll down a page, it will scroll a little bit up and then back down like its really choppy and jumpy, it doesn't scroll all the way back up the page it just does it like an inch or so when trying to scroll down and it can get really annoying..

My mouse never really had this issue, i've had it for awhile its a Razer Deathadder..

Does anyone know how to fix this problem? or has this same problem and fixed it?
