You don't even touch gamehacking sources, if you can't code.

1. Learn the basics of coding and your chosen language
2. Learn the advanced of coding and your chosen language
3. Point 1 with Reverse Engineering
4. Point 2 with Reverse Engineering
5. Learn how the WinApi works
6. Learn how to use the WinApi
7. Learn how CS:GO works behind the scenes
8. After 1-2 years create your first hack.
