lag switch / rate hack?

is there certain rates that can make me teleport around/harder to hit? I tried using these:

rate "10"
cl_updaterate "10"
cl_cmdrate "10"
cl_interp "0"
cl_interp_ratio "1"

and can get my choke to 100%

I dont think that you can start teleporting just using rate commands..
and lag switchers dont seems to be working so well in CS:GO. I've tried some softwares and even a hardware one, same shit.
