Muledump doesnt reload

As u can read in the Title my Muledump doesnt reload anymore it shows my my old stuff.

i already did delete and reinstall but still not workin and id like to know if u guys had such a problem and can help me

it doesnt even care that im logged in it does act like its realoding but it keeps showing the same old stuff btw im sure its not because the acc is wrong i checked that 4x
