Well he did say he's not responsible after you recieve the account. Also these are stolen accounts and its against the rules to Stolen/Phished Accounts.

They are getting recovered, maybe some scrub contact support about this shit lol[maybe i don't can't confirm] anyway most of the accounts are getting recoevered after few days that got changed the email
