methods for torrenting
Well my campus blocks torrenting as in torrents will not start downloading in programs such as Utorrent, I currently use the cloud to upload torrents, but its pricey to do so, does anyone have a better method?

I suggest you use VPN Gate, as I have had the best luck since (Comcast) doesn't allow torrenting. The VPNs on this site aren't some $500 VPN that you can get, but you can get really good speeds if you choose the right server.
