I am setting up a VPN service in my rich-ass private school so that they could all bypass skoo filters. But I'll be charging money. My internet speed at home isn't the best. I need someone to setup the VPN, preferably with SoftEther VPN, and let me manage the database. I will pay 40% of all proceeds.

You must be:
  1. located in the East Coast of the US
  2. have a good internet speed
  3. be able to setup a SoftEther VPN Server (and bridge)
  4. be trustable
