Jesus this game looks amazing, if this actually promises what it's shown so far it will bring a new generation to gaming.

GTA on steroids...

I saw this before but honestly I don't think they can deliver all that they promise. It's a lot to do. Just look at the games big publishers produce, they're nowhere near as content filled as the developers of Identity promise. GTA V is a great game and has a lot of content, and Identity wants to create the core of GTA, but with so much interaction between other players that it would take a ridiculous amount of work and with the team and budget Identity has it doesn't seem possible . I don't mean to discourage thinking out-side the box and going beyond the limits set by other's but what they are going for is a bit far-fetched.

But what happens if this goes open source after they provide the fundamentals? Like the dev said people can create there own little custom world.

The real question is... how big can this get?

Everyone wants to make a big ass open world game but do they have the funds to do it? Not to mention the time... This project may take them years if they decide to go the go big or go home route and if that happens the tech might be outdated and they would have to re-up it once again and the whole thing repeats.

Or they could just make updates along the way... DLC sort of deal?

They said the first beta wouldn't even be out for 2+ years. They then followed a response saying the full game wouldn't even be out for 5+ years.

Even if they happen to make the game, nobody will remember them.

Thats what I thought... Good idea but without proper funding its gonna be a long long time...

What? On the kickstarter they said you'd expect CB access by DEC 2016 lol.

They did an update video somewhere, and they also replied to some of the "release dates" comments, that were posted on their KS.

this game is going to bust plus it was posted before

They should have waited a while to release the Trailer, IF the game is going to take 5+ years to full get released to the GENERAL POPULATION.

They should use Early Access to stay relevant, that's one. Two, this game looks fucking amazing but even Rockstar couldn't pull of the bes experience.

Hopefully this game doesn't have a terrible release and have all the hype be for nothing. It looks good atm though.

Sounds good. Wonder how good it actually will be.
