Weapon hack?

Hello ! This is NOT a begging. Iam searching for a weapon hack. I found this : WIllis Weapon Hack

I dont understand that ... Can someone tell me? How this hack works? Or are thsi hack pathched/detected.

Or are there another weapon hack ? I dont care about the DAMAGE, but it would be nice if there was.

I posted that. But wep hacks dont do damage. And the hack is outdated, so it wount work
