Need help with Laptop
Recently I got my new razer blade pro 17" (2014), and the keyboard and trackpad isnt working. I can only use an external mouse and keyboard, but I need the internal one to be working.
I got it today and the only time it seems to work is that on the logo screen where it tells me which buttons to enter the BIOS. It doesnt work in the BIOS nor in Windows. I tried using a full factory reset, device manager uninstalling and stuff.
Please help!

Lol razer/alienware is pretty bad unless you get a mouse/keyboard from razer. Declare RMA if you can and try to get a replacement because I don't see anything working for you if it's trackpad related tbh.

While I agree with the razer part I've not seen anything bad about Alienware. Over priced like a fucking bitch? Yes. But as far as I can tell they're quite good.

I know there is a fault with the trackpads where they wouldn't work after waking up from sleep, but this sounds pretty bad. Get it RMA'd as soon as you can. Not worth trying to fix it yourself.
