I just explained it on BT and I don't feel like typing it out again.

They send $1-$2 USD per payment.
I'm not sure what to do because the people creating the disputes won't answer me through email or through the dispute.

Let the disputes go through and refund them their money back, no harm done, PayPal won't limit your account.
