When I create a new Account and activate Steam Guard . Can i trade with other users after the 15 days of Steam Guard verification , without buy any game? Thank you for your answeres. If it works i will create a Tutorial how to get tons of csgo skins for free ( without scam anyone ).
If i need to buy a game can i buy a game for 50 cent or smth? Or does it need a min. Value.
