Either Overwatch or too many reports.(Not sure if it can be detected yet no CSGO or VAC update I've seen yet.) Mine was just VAC blocking not VAC banned. All I did to fix VAC block is delete appcache.

For a lower chance of it getting detected encrypt it.

Not until he makes it possible by changing it in the code. Or gives the source code away and you change it. (Second one most likely never gonna happen)
