What port is your Wserver running on? (Prob. port 2050) check any other programs in your port overlook! If so make sure your skype isnt using the port "2050"

How to check your skype:

Go to tools>Options>Advanced>connection. Normally you do this if the server.exe is blocked (port 80) but idk what port your running your Wserver on...
