Need help with my PC

Lately I've been hacked and my videocard is fucked since that happened. I want to upgrade to a new computer so I need your help.
I wanna sell my computer (specs below) and I wanna know how much I can get for it if I sell it. Also I have another 200 euro on my bank account. I get 22 euro monthly and I could get some extra money, can anyone help me get a custom build in that price range?
Also I'd like to keep all parts I can keep, such as my hard disk.

Specs
Videocard: GTX 650
Processor: Inter Core 2 Duo
Motherbord: Some cheap ass P5Q thing
RAM: 5GB RAM
Power Supply: 300 WATT I think
HDD: 250GB for the windows one and 2x1TB (I want to keep those tbh)

So, my cheap broken PC + 200 euro + some additional costs = nice PC pl0x?

If you can get some in depth specs of the CPU like what type of 2 duo you have there are multiple as you may or may not know

Also counting out the mother board and going for the cheapest version of the 2 duo You'd get around 170 euros for your PC so 370 what I'd recommend is just upgrading / rebuying your CPU and GPU(Graphics card) for the 200 euros you have on your bank account

I think that you could get 400 - 200 euros for that PC even if it sucks, first step we need is what site you're selling it on because this could mean lots of difference in price if you're selling it on a only local Romanian site or something more international, step two what is your actual budget?
