To avoid the recoil, you must just farest than the original jump. A bit of search on google may help you to understand (even more for an English talker, ASM is easyier in English)

If you really want to learn, it's obvious this forum can't help you. Just pay attention about the Fleep's tutorial on Youtube, try the Assault Cube Trainer to learn some basic tricks and understanding more what is happen and how it's working.
