The client checks your prem status against server, not client so it's impossible even with premium hack.
Yes I tried. You still appear nonprem to other players and the server itself, not possible to buy guns like FAMAS from item shop
It's possible to get 6th slot items without paying with weap. hack, but you need to have adrenalin or other PX item before using, otherwise you just get smoke grenade
