Simple, Versatile, Prop Wallhack Script

I would like a wallhack lua script that highlights a prop. (example might be mu_knife) I don't care how it highlights, (text, esp box, tracer, highlight) it just needs to be pretty obvious no matter what color, texture, or lighting the wall I'm looking at it through has.
