Can any of you help me with this.
My skype is not working and just keeps signing in please help.

Check version of Skype. I see you're running Windows 7. I recall I had a similar error and it was caused by a certain update released by Microsoft a few years ago that should have been uninstalled but wasn't. When I removed the update, my Skype worked properly. A bit of Google-ing should get you to the exact name and number of the update, enabling you to disable it from Control Panel.
