Then i maybe did something wrong, because i really got VAC Banned in CSGO. Is it possible that its because i used it on Community Browser Servers?

I used it in competitive mode. Are you sure you banned for cheats? It is possible that this patrol

Yes you can get banned for using it on community servers...
But no one else has been banned for my cheats yet, so you probably used some other deteced cheat.

Is there a fix for me not being able to set a hotkey? I'm a noob at this sort of thing and when I type it doesn't show up.

I got banned from the 1.0 version back before it was Released as detected. But so far this new one is undetected.

Just try pressing the hotkey like 4-5 times. It doesnt show up for me unless i spam the key.

Just tried using it and it just shoots rapidly on every setting not even looking at an enemy.
