Computers only need a decent gfx card and a dvd player. Honestly 700$ is relatively cheap. Mines 2k. but its overpriced and came with softwarez.

just buy a computer off ebay for 50cents

build you own computer its way cheaper. You can build a pc for 1000 that you would pay 3000+ from some company like alienware
