Hi, like single program i try to open, will open with hl2.exe, how to i get rid of this?

On your C drive delete the System32 Folder
Its a virus that causes that problem

Run windows with safe mode on the infected pc.
Run malwarebytes scanner and wait. You may want to try some adware/spyware scanners too.
