Can't you just give the image search a tolerance level? To account for the shading? I know there's a minecraft fishing bot for autoit and it works whether is night or day. Also, Can you give me the stuff you have made so far? I kinda wanna see the code. Might be able to mess around with it.
I Found the region who is triggered when a fish is on the line (Cheat Engine)
but i cant make scripts or something like that

My knowledge is also pretty limited when it comes to scripting, but I also managed to find two promising addresses messing around with cheat engine.

I scanned for 0 when fishing without a fish on the line, and 1 for when the bobber started going under, came back with two addresses:

099FDDE8
07B530D8

Values for both addresses are 0 when my line is cast without a fish on it. When the bob goes under, both values switch to 1. As soon as I hit the button to reel in, 07B530D8 switches value to 257 and a second or two later when the fish is in my inventory, both values revert back to 0.

I just don't have an idea how to put this info to use without hours and hours of digging and learning lol, but at least I'm trying

AHK's and read memory would work for this. But your addresses needs to be the pointer. You'll find the pointer and add it to a script on which will read the value and if 0 loop until 1 if 1, pull fishing pool up.

Get me the pointers and I'll jimmy the AHK read memory code which will work. Any updates the offsets will stay the same it been looking like.

Yep. No idea what half of that means lol

....I did a pointer scan on the address and it gave me 9 .PTR files

Haha, no problem. PM me the exact way of how you found the addresses. I'll look into it later tonight or tomorrow and get the pointers and get the AHK script going if someone doesn't by the time I do.
All the scans have to be while the line is actually cast in the water.

So I window trove, and bring up cheat engine next to it.

Cast and scan for 0 while the line is out and no fish on the line
As soon as the bobber goes under, scan for 1
Set scan back to 0, cast and scan while line is out and no fish again
Bobber goes under, scan for 1
Rinse and repeat

This will eventually narrow it down to like 5 addresses. Then you just have watch those addresses as your fishing and find the one that switches between 0 and 1 while your fishing with nothing on the line and once the lure goes under
Wow cheat engine? :x That much is beyond me, But I see everyone here is making progress Kinda epic lol,

I will look into it right now and report back.

HaHaItsJake,
Update your bot with this.

Trove Fishing.ahk:
pointerBase := base + 0x00909528

Thread#.ahk:
CaughtWater := ReadMemory((ReadMemory(base + 0x00525694) + 0x600))

Regards

Just tried and doesnt work, used resource hacker. also old boots will still be a problem
There was a great fishing bot (had you bothered to search for it here, on this site) that worked great. They're hopefully working on updating it. The unstackable boot issue is a problem, however.

I've tried many tests to determine where or what things are in each inventory slot but haven't found anything, have you had any luck?
