BF3 Dedicated Server Files

I have a new server rack in my house, got a business internet conneciton, and looking for files to start a BF3 Ranked server without needing to pay any dedicated host because I'd rather be able to access my server without waiting hours for a FTP Client or a slow website to load. Anyone can help?

Impossible. EA will only allow a few providers to host BF4.
Though if you want to buy hosting; Vilayer or NFO is are good hosts.

You can easily find the R38(server hosting files) off the web. I downloaded them, fiddled with the config, and I can host a ps3 server from my computer (that other people can join).
