I wonder if anyone knows an up to date minecraft item spawned that works in multiplayer and doesn't require op / commands that need op

There is no such thing as a "item spawner without OP commands" that works on multiplayer. All programs that claim to be one of these, is just a virus. Remember, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.
