Socket Error on my server

Soren and kith helped me make this, and finally got server.exe to work and not crash once I open it, so I can access up to the home screen

but when I try loading into the nexus I get this

Any solutions? The server is not public or anything, running off of localhost or w.e... once I figure out how I can load into nexus, I am gonna make the server hamachi and let others come on

EDIT: i opened hamachi and changed the ip to my hamachi ipv4 adresss hoping it would let me connect this time and now when I try loading into nexus i get connection failed retrying instead of socket error

Logs or something please? We can't help unless you're a bit more specific...
