Can you get VAC banned from hacks like these? I've seen people using these but not worrying about a ban.

Sorry in advance, I am really new to hacking and everything and someone told me lua scripts such as these are not detected and not VAC bannable in Garry's Mod. I just wanted to know if that's true, also how would I go about installing this? Thanks in advance!

No, they are just trying to trick you. however, you can load it undetected by placing the file in SteamApps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons then typing lua_openscript_cl skid.lua;alias script false;unbind all;alias enabled false in your console

"skid.lua" "unbind all" I don't know what the others are but you're such a troll. I bet you weren't even VAC banned. Don't be a troll.
