sounds like it can be on and off. just leave the garage/apt you're in, and go back in. push Z and leave it like that and try it

I Know it works non steam cause i'm non-steam and I always test before I release.

Update: Just tested after buying a garage.
This ONLY works if in a garage / house (unsure about house but for sure a garage), and if you run the program as admin.
