First and foremost there have been many confused individuals around here. At least I hope they're confused and not blatantly ignorant when they ignore the rules. For clarification here they are:

If those rules are not followed to a "T" I personally will not be able to help you. You might not all be grown men and women but you're old enough to know how to read and follow the rules. I am done giving 2nd, 3rd, and 4th chances to correct posts so they get approved. When you post a file with 1 virus scan and an outside link don't ask me why it was closed without warning.
As staff we have the ability to see ALL attachments within the section via a control panel. However, the public hack issues required that everyone upload their hack shield dump files so I am unable to use said control panel. I do every single testing/approval by hand. Don't take this personally but I don't want to speak to you every time you send me a PM asking for an approval.
As for releases. I am all for you learning how to code no matter what language it is in. But if you are going to update your release every 6 hours or only update the GUI and create a new thread I am going to shut it down faster than you can say WTF! We are literally flooded with tappers, spammers, injectors, cleaners, etc. Some are quality releases and I welcome those. The rest are made with someone's source from a YouTube tutorial and I'm sick of it. What's happening is people are seeing how relaxed we are about this and they're trying to infect you guys and I'm not going to let it happen. Choob dickheads from other sites are continuously trying to use shit like tappers, etc. to give you all malware through .bat files. So please cut down on these most-useless releases so we can clean this section up. Just because you see 100 tappers released doesn't mean you should release one too!
Lately there have been a lot of changes going on in the section. Those changes coincide with the changes occurring with Combat Arms itself. As you all know we have a great public hack thanks to our founder Dave! Before you ask for ANY help with that hack you had better read the instructions from start to finish and back again. If you're not willing to help yourself I am not willing to help you.
I may have more to add to this later and I may not. If any MOD/etc. wishes to remove this and/or me go ahead. Someone had to step up and say this!
