I personally would like to know what the program is but anyways
if its a program that's made by someone else and its for the public to buy online why not just share the name? after reading what you've said it just makes the post look like a troll

Because its actually quite cheap considering how powerful it is.

At the moment the standard for geo location with an IP address is your city, and even that isnt always accurate. When some kid says hes a hacker and tells you your city its kind of like "yeah... you know how to use a website... cool"

But if this got to popular then the standard would be everything about you. And that would suck...
