Nah thats not it at all. The program gives you the users:

Full Address,
Phone Number (If linked with IP),
Full Name,
OS and Info about Computer on Ip,

I want to get back at someone that really fucked with me. I know there IP address and everything and there skype but I cant really get there address to be "I Know Where You Live! Be Afraid Of Me!"

It's not bullshit but It took a while of my life before making this thread to try find the program. And 2 I don't want a bunch of 12 year old retards running around getting this info

While I know my friends is legal, his company is partnered with most popular internet providers allowing them to get it from a database of some sort. I have no idea about mine. Which is why I don't want to tell people how to get it. As well as the hacker kids knowing where people live.

If they even tried to get that info from the database, someone would eventually get onto them and buttfuck them without lube.
