Lagging in some servers

Well i just got on realm and im lagging on my best server(useast3) and i tried connecting to another server (uswest3) and i get like 3 net jitter on uswest3 compared to useast3 im getting about 500 net jitter and, even on eu server im getting as low as 5 net jitter any ideas why? are the servers being overloaded?

Reinstall client.

Go to CMD and type in: ipconfig /release and then ipconfig /renew

Many lag bro why?
