You have to set the USB as primary boot to install it. Windows will do some restarts. Once it's running. Change it to the C drive.
If it crashes, it might be the bootable USB that is corrupt/damaged.

PS: I hope you didn't install the OS on the USB, but made it as an bootable USB which you may install the OS from
@Terio Boot PC. When its starting, press F12 or Del or another key (the BIOS key, varies from PC to PC)
Then go to boot options, switch boot order so 1st one is the name of your USB, where u have OS.
Save settings, reboot pC, format, and after that go back to BIOS and switch to the harddrive you have your OS installed. GG WP good luck too!
Yeah that's what I did, I press F11, choose my USB, then it loads and Windows crashes and restarts...
Do I need to disconnect my HDD to be able to install it on my SSD? But I don't think that's what causing the crash
Check your motherboard name and check the official page for drivers
If you format with Windows 7/8 probably the most drivers are included, Windows itself after format will grab new ones from update.
Do I know what this thread is about? I think not! I am here to get post count up!
