Heroes and Generals Code 0512 (Code 35) Bypass help

hey guys,
I get code 0512 error and cannot even see the log in page. I found out that this was a new name for code 35. They said they banned my location, but probably they banned my hardware. I used HWID Changer but it didn't helped. What can I do? Any suggestions?

reinstall the SO.
