This is very strange. People stating that this is still undetected, and Jollesollepolle acting like it's detected, copying that line all over again. Can we get some confirmation and some indepth from Clockwork himself, please?

Other scenario is that VAC has flagged you, as it suspects you of hacks. In order for VAC to have a 'good name' it does not insta ban everyone but makes a human review a suspect. Your ban may be incoming, or you are one lucky bugger.
about 2 hours ago i tried to open the hack when in a comp macth and the game crashed , will i get banned ?
