HelpGmod Lua scripts?

Sorry, but I am a huge newby when it comes to all these posts when the lua codes. I know I can just google it, but why not earn a +1 to my number of posts? Anyways, How do I use most of the GMOD Lua scripts? Or what do I do with the code thats in the posts?

Open your C: Drive, and navigate to "Programfiles(X86)/Steam/steamapps/common/GarrysMod/garrysmod/lua"
and drop it into that folder. Next, go in game, join a server that has lua scripts allowed, and type this into console:
"lua_openscript_cl *.lua

Where the * is, type the exact name of the lua file.
