here I'll release the AoB-patterns for Unturned 3.0, which you can use in CE or for your own hack. Please don't forget to give credits though.
Infinite Health:
Just nop the address (so turn 2B C1 into 90 90), and you'll have infinite health (does not prevent killing blows).

Just searching 2B C1 88 works, and NOPing it cause stamina to stay at 100, health is still normal.
