So i own Force "paid version" and evertime i update to 2.6 i get this

any halp? "help" here? also im on win 7

According to the error, the server is down. Either auth server, or something. Depends on the plugin. Wait for it to get back up.

Other people seem to get it working fine

Check your firewall settings then. It seems that something rejects your connection.
