how to create a patcher exe

Can anyone help me.. on how to create and exe file that would place my modded rez files into correct spots and backup the orignal files... just like the lightsabe mod..

yeah i would like to no how to?

Just make an installer, with your mod, and the original files (renamed to ****.backup or anything), that installs in *:\Nexon\Combat Arms\Game

im looking for a installer program that i can load my mods into and give to my friends to install with the custom mods but also backing up the original rez files in their folder
ie: If file already exsist it will rename original file to ???.rez.bak and place the new .rez file in the same folder...
just like the CAmod.exe for the lightsaber mod
