Steam Summer Game?

Hello guys,

So what's this minigame? http://steamcommunity.com/minigame/ⓘ

When I press "Play Now!" my Steam says "There was a problem trying to join a game. Please try again later."

So what a hell is this? Discount game?

Thanks

are the servers full? that might be the probable cause.
