How does New Anit-Cheat System work

Does anyone know how the new anit-cheat system works? Does it scan your files, or does it just detect now. Or is it just based off the same ones in previous updates, where you gain excessive amounts of money in a period.

Same as before. Gain to much money it flags you

Simple. They monitor the transaction logs now for the players. If you are ironically getting a massive amount of 40,000 bags to equal a million in a minute frame they know it's not legit.

There is new file created in the C:\Users\......\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V\Profiles\.......\ called PGTAxxxxxxxxxx(x:random numbers) 516KB
anyone know what is it, is it related to the new anti-cheat system?
