What's your OS(windows 7, windows 8, vista,...)
If you used Enigma Protector, check if it is 64bit, if it is download the 32bit since the 64bit version tends to "break" the hack for some people.
If neither of these above try restarting csgo and the hack, check if that works (or the 'try to turn it on or off' "solution")

It is indeed outdated/detected after 48h+ because that's how Vac works etc.. BUT CW always posts a new version every 48h-72h So there is really need to make it last longer or even complain about it ^^
I'm playing on non-protected (lonely) servers because I'm paranoid anyways.
